Every kg

Every kg lost is a reason to celebrate - because with each one I am moving closer to my goal.  And here are some other really cool reasons I should celebrate certain milestones.  When you have 76kg to lose, like me, it can become such a big goal, and each 10kg increment can take a while.  I reached 25kg lost one day and wasn't going to bother recognising it because it wasn't '20kg' or '30kg'.  But then I realised that it was still an epic milestone.  A friend gave me this idea and I think it's fantastic.  For most kg's, there is a 'number reason' to celebrate.  Anything to encourage me along is worth trying.  And for those in between ones, well I filled them up. :)

My next milestone = getting under 100kg!.  Almost there!

Note: I used the old school BMI categories as I'm not used to the new classifications and therefore like the old ones better :)

Another note: I made this chart up in 2012 and I've since reassessed my goal weight so the chart I use is now slightly different.  That's also why the highlighting of each kg suddenly stops.  This is my original chart:

  6. Hi Kate, how do you reward yourself as I've been in the habit for sometime of rewarding myself with bad foods?
